Fish

Fish live wholly in the waters of feeling and the unconscious. Two fish bound together make the sign of Pisces, and the fish was an early symbol of Christ. They stand for fertility, abundance, and the soul's movement through hidden depths.

Uses

• Intuition and dreams
• Abundance and fertility
• Compassion and spiritual faith
• Going with the current

Working with it

Work with the fish on a Thursday or at the full moon. Float a candle in a bowl of water with a fish image beneath it, and let your mind follow the reflection. Ask what is moving beneath the surface of your life.
