Matter

Matter is one of the four Divine Elements. Its gift is Control: mastery of your actions, emotions, and environment.

Call on Matter for

• Emotional self-mastery
• Shaping your environment
• Making with your hands

Working with it

Reorder one space you live in, slowly and deliberately, as if arranging an altar. Notice how your mood follows the order you create.
