Time

Time is one of the four Divine Elements. Its gift is Flow: full immersion in what you are doing, in step with the world's movement, riding its currents instead of fighting them.

Call on Time for

• Entering flow states
• Timing and rhythm
• Letting go of rushing

Working with it

Set a timer, remove every distraction, and give one task your whole attention until it rings. When the minutes vanish, you have touched Time.
