Binding stops a harmful action from continuing, like a knot that holds something still. In the old texts it is Saturn's work. Done ethically, you bind the harm, not the person.

Working with it
Write the harmful action, not the person's name, on paper. Wrap it with black thread, tying three knots and saying 'This stops here' with each. Keep it in a jar in the freezer or a dark place. Untie and burn it once the problem has passed.
